The Principle

We sell privacy-respecting systems, so we run one. This site sets no cookies, loads nothing from third-party servers, and runs no advertising or tracking scripts. Everything it collects stays on infrastructure we operate.

What We Collect

Inquiries. When you submit the consult form or a store enquiry, we store what you give us — name, email, message, selected products — together with the submission time, the page it came from, and your IP address (used only for rate-limiting and abuse prevention). A copy of each inquiry is posted to our private Slack workspace so a founder sees it the same day.

Usage statistics. We count page views on our own server. The counter stores the page path, the referring site, and an anonymous visitor code that is cryptographically derived and rotates every day — it cannot be tied back to you, and no raw IP address is kept in the statistics. No cookies, no fingerprinting, no third-party analytics service.

What We Never Do

• No selling or sharing of your information with third parties
• No advertising networks, tracking pixels or social-media beacons
• No cookies — so no cookie banner either
• No profiling or automated decision-making about you

Retention & Your Rights (POPIA)

Inquiry records are kept for as long as we need them to respond to you and maintain our client records, and deleted on request. Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act you may ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
